SuiteQL query builder

Build the query you would otherwise write by hand, and see what it costs in usage units against the saved search it replaces.

About the generated query

Scope
Deliberately limited to tables and columns that are stable across accounts. Custom records and custom fields are account-specific, so they are not guessed at here.
The mainline trap
A transaction joined to its lines returns the header row too unless mainline is filtered. It is the single most common reason a SuiteQL total does not match the saved search it replaced.
Governance
A saved search bills per page of results; query.run bills for the run. The comparison uses a 1,000-row page, which is the usual maximum.
Before you ship it
Run it in the SuiteQL query tool in your own account. Column availability moves between versions, and permissions apply to queries exactly as they do everywhere else.

This is a starting point that gets the shape and the joins right, not a substitute for the schema browser. Treat anything it produces as a first draft you then verify.

The same thing, on your dashboard

Deployed, this stops being a page you visit. It becomes a portlet on the dashboard the people who need it already open every morning, reading your real records instead of numbers you type, next to the KPIs and lists they are already looking at. The amber portlet below is the only part of this screen that is ours.

Illustrative layout, and deliberately not a copy of any vendor's interface, no borrowed logo, wordmark or colour identity. The real thing inherits whatever theme, tabs and role permissions your account already uses, so on your screen it will wear your colours rather than ours.
