Talk through the gaps

How this is scored

The checks
Twenty-four items across six areas, drawn from what actually goes wrong at go-live rather than from a methodology handbook.
Weighting
Each check carries a weight of 3 to 5 based on how much pain the gap causes on day one, not how hard it is to do. Training and opening balances outrank dashboards for that reason.
Part marks
In progress scores half. A rehearsal half-done is genuinely better than none, and pretending otherwise makes the number useless.
The ranking
The gaps are ordered by weight times distance from done, so the list tells you what to pick up on Monday rather than just what is unfinished.

A score is a conversation starter, not a verdict. Two accounts on the same number can be in very different positions, which is the point of the ranked list underneath it.

The same thing, on your dashboard

Deployed, this stops being a page you visit. It becomes a portlet on the dashboard the people who need it already open every morning, reading your real records instead of numbers you type, next to the KPIs and lists they are already looking at. The amber portlet below is the only part of this screen that is ours.

Illustrative layout, and deliberately not a copy of any vendor's interface, no borrowed logo, wordmark or colour identity. The real thing inherits whatever theme, tabs and role permissions your account already uses, so on your screen it will wear your colours rather than ours.
