Tools we built because we needed them.
Some of these answer a question NetSuite will answer eventually, more slowly. The rest answer questions it will not answer at all. The calculators are free and run in your browser.
SuiteScript governance calculator
Scheduled script · limit 10,000 units per executionAnswers in a minute, not a meeting.
Each panel shows the tool working on example inputs. Open one to put in your own.
Account health monitor
Not a calculator, a service. It reads your account every night with a role that cannot write, keeps a snapshot, and tells you what moved. Including, every week, the checks it was not allowed to run.
See what it reportsFile storage cost calculator
Your file volume, your plan allowance and your own per-GB rate. Shows what archival tiering would return monthly, yearly and over three years.
Open calculatorImplementation scope estimator
Six questions about entities, users, modules, integrations, migration and customization. Back comes a phase plan, a week range and the arithmetic behind both.
Open calculatorWork-order true cost simulator
A BOM, a routing and honest scrap by operation. See what a unit really costs against your standard, and which operation loses the most value.
Open simulatorGo-live readiness scorecard
Twenty-four checks, weighted by what hurts on day one rather than how hard they are. A score, and the five gaps to pick up first.
Open scorecardScript execution explorer
Pick how a record was touched, from the UI, a CSV import, a web service or another script, and watch which scripts fire, in order, and which are silently skipped.
Open explorerSELECT t.tranid, t.trandate, c.companyname FROM transaction t JOIN customer c ON c.id = t.entity WHERE t.type = 'SalesOrd' AND t.status = 'B' ORDER BY t.trandate DESC
SuiteQL query builder
Build the query, see the SQL, and compare what it costs in usage units against the saved search it would replace.
Open builderWhy these are free: the answers are not the hard part. Knowing where scrap costs you most is easy; building the capture that proves it is the work. If a calculator tells you that you do not need us, that is a useful answer too.
No email gate. Nothing you type into a calculator is sent anywhere. The monitor is the exception: it reads your account, and it is a paid service.
Considering NetSuite, or already living with it?
Tell us what is not working. If it is a half-hour fix we will tell you that, and you can decide whether to pay anyone at all.
