FAQ

This NetSuite implementation FAQ covers the questions we hear most from prospective clients. Answers to common questions about NetSuite implementation, from timelines and data migration to support and pricing. Don’t see your question here? Get in touch and we’ll answer it directly.

How long does a typical NetSuite implementation take?

A standard implementation takes 3–6 months. Complex deployments with extensive customizations run 6–12. We work in sprints with regular milestones so you see progress every week. Timelines depend mainly on how many legacy systems need migrating and how much custom scripting the rollout requires.

Can you migrate data from our existing ERP?

Yes — from SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics and custom databases. Our migration approach protects data integrity with validation and reconciliation at every step. We map every field before touching a live record, so nothing gets skipped or duplicated during cutover.

Do you provide post-implementation support?

Yes. Same-day response Mon–Fri, system monitoring, performance optimization, user training and ongoing enhancements. Plans are flexible and sized to your budget. You keep working with the same consultant who led your NetSuite implementation, rather than starting over with a new support contact.

What industries do you work in?

Manufacturing, retail and eCommerce, wholesale and distribution, financial services, healthcare, technology, professional services, and education and non-profit. Each sector gets its own configuration rather than a one-size-fits-all NetSuite setup.

Is Atsovia an official NetSuite partner?

Yes. Atsovia is an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner, and every engagement is led by certified consultants who work directly on your project rather than handing you off to junior staff. That partner status means our consultants have direct access to NetSuite’s own resources when a project needs them.

How much does a NetSuite implementation cost?

Cost depends on scope, but we price in four phases — discovery, design, build & test, and launch & support — and you agree on the deliverable, duration, and price for each phase before it starts, so there’s no open-ended billing. That phased structure is also what keeps a NetSuite implementation from turning into an open-ended retainer.

Do you only implement NetSuite, or do you build custom products too?

Both. Alongside implementation and support, we build our own NetSuite add-on products, including a SharePoint document connector, enterprise dashboards, a warehouse operations app, and a school management ERP. Each of these products was built because a client’s NetSuite implementation surfaced a gap the platform doesn’t solve natively.

Which industries does Atsovia specialize in?

We work across eight sectors: manufacturing, retail & eCommerce, financial services, healthcare & life sciences, wholesale & distribution, professional services, technology & SaaS, and non-profit & education, each configured around that sector’s real constraints.

Can NetSuite handle industry-specific compliance needs?

Yes, where relevant. For example, we use HIPAA-aware configurations for healthcare clients and multi-entity GAAP/IFRS reporting for financial services clients. Compliance requirements are captured during discovery, so they shape the configuration from day one rather than getting bolted on afterward.

Do you support SuiteCommerce for online stores?

Yes. We build B2B and B2C SuiteCommerce storefronts that are natively integrated with your NetSuite back office, so inventory, orders, and customer data stay in sync automatically. These storefronts are scoped as part of the same NetSuite implementation, not bolted on as a separate project later.

What happens after go-live? Will we be left on our own?

No. Our support plans include same-day response Monday through Friday, system health checks, and ongoing enhancements, sized to fit your budget.

What’s the first step if we want to work with Atsovia?
